This course provides the participant with the tools to successfully plan and carry out the launching of a new product or service, taking into account the processes, phases and follow-ups that must be carried out during the product's life cycle.
In this course you will learn to review the 360° process of how a new product or service to be offered to the market must be considered to be successful and scalable.
