This course provides the participant with the tools to successfully plan and carry out the launching of a new product or service, taking into account the processes, phases and follow-ups that must be carried out during the product's life cycle.

What will I learn?

In this course you will learn to review the 360° process of how a new product or service to be offered to the market must be considered to be successful and scalable. The topics to be addressed will be idea generation, idea filtering, product development, commercialization, launch and follow-ups before, during and after the launch.

In addition, this course includes multiple examples of both successes and failures where the reasons, causes and recommendations are analyzed so that you can build your own launch plan considering the pros and cons at each stage mentioned. Also, beyond the process itself, important aspects that directly influence the launch are reviewed, such as market research, competitor benchmarking, communication, including digital and consumer trends.
