This course will allow you to apply the canvas tool to develop a business model with a focus on sustainability.

Have you ever wondered how your small organization can contribute to sustainable development? 

It is clear that organizations, regardless of their size, are an extremely important actor in sustainable development and its 2030 Agenda. By integrating the SDGs, organizations have the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to sustainable development and their contribution to achieving them. In this course, you will understand the importance of aligning ventures, projects and/or businesses to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development; as well as learn how to integrate the SDGs and measure your organization's contribution.

Have you ever wondered what the consequences of industrialized agriculture and livestock farming are bringing us? Did you know that both are the major causes of climate change in the world and that every day, the world's water reserves are being reduced, since they use incredible amounts of water. This means that there is no water to irrigate crops. On the other hand, nowadays we are looking to gain more space for crops and for this, many forests are cut down, increasing the impact on the climate. Worse still, as the human population is increasing, more food is needed and fertilizers and pesticides are used to make this food grow in less time, causing contamination of the fruits and the water we drink. 

Faced with this, there are several alternative solutions and one of them is hydroponics, which is a discipline for growing your own food in a clean, economical, sustainable and even more nutritious way.
