We watch movies or our favorite series and we observe that the elements of the costumes, props, sets, among others, have an aesthetic and narrative sense that tell us a story. Art direction is based on the design of all aspects that are part of the frame, a task that not only involves having decorative and plastic knowledge, but a deep awareness of what we want to convey. In this course, we will learn the basics of art direction and its main tools when approaching a photographic and audiovisual project.

In this course we will see concepts such as the shot and the shot. We will also see the camera angles that exist and how they are used taking into account the psychological charge they carry. Each element affects in a specific way the intention of the story being told. The making of a video is not the work of a single person, it is a team effort. That team has to speak the same language to be able to communicate what they want to do and to be able to achieve a good product without wasting time and without misunderstandings.

Video recording is not just a matter of putting the camera in front of you and saying "Action". There are several preparations and processes during the shoot itself that you need to know in order to shoot efficiently. In this course you will learn about pre-production, lighting, camera and sound. These are elements that you need to know in order to shoot a good video, which can then be used in a smooth editing process.

In this course you will learn topics such as idea development, theme, writing process, character construction, locations and temporality, topics that give depth and validity to everything that is written. Writing a screenplay is not easy, even though it may seem so at first glance. There are important steps that only by reading scripts are not immediately apparent. You will learn the step by step process of the writing process which includes steps that are not seen in the final product, but massively affect its quality.

Transmitting with the voice is an art. From an effective communication to an animation or dubbing project, this tool is needed to avoid "sounding flat". The intention and narrative reading is in charge of adding nuances and intention to what we want to say with different factors that manage to transmit it more effectively to the audience that listens to us.  

Video editing is not just about knowing how to use the program. The technical part is important, but it is also important to know how to manipulate the story to be told and how to arrange the necessary elements to achieve the necessary rhythm and a good quality video. In this course you will learn how to configure the program, the whole video editing process and finally the technical parameters to decide the format and quality of the final video. It is important to know what is what we do and what is the final objective of the product to use the necessary tools.

The dubbing industry is a relative novelty in Peru. This course is a window into this wonderful world. Can you imagine being the voice of your favorite movie, anime or cartoon character? Voice dubbing encompasses everything from the need for a material to be in another language to the community that acclaims the actors who bring these voices to life. In this course you will learn about and embark on the path of the voice actor.

Diction and neutral accent are important tools in vocal work. Diction helps us to improve our way of pronouncing words correctly, which is suitable for other jobs, as well. The neutral accent will allow us to be understandable for any Spanish-speaking country, whether working in dubbing and voice-over or in other audiovisual fields related to interpretation. A big part of a person's presentation is his or her voice and how he or she uses it. In the world of voice, diction and neutral accent are a fundamental part of vocal training. They are as important as the content of the message and intention. In this course you will learn the necessary tools to start improving your diction gradually and identify the cadence of the neutral accent.

One of the most fun parts of voice acting is when we transform our voice into that of a character. This process of characterization is key to developing versatility as well as self-awareness of our vocal ability. If you are an actor or actress, this course will complement your versatility to characterize roles. If you are an announcer, you will have a wider range for animated characters. This course is about playing with our voice.

Audiovisual production is the result of combining everything necessary for a commercial, a film, a radio program, a graphic piece, a digital piece or a BTL campaign to be aired without missing anything and within the deadlines indicated with the money allocated.

Voiceover is a tool that will provide the participant with the basic techniques necessary to face any kind of text in front of the microphone and to begin to master his own voice and his own interpretative and communicative capacity.

The film script allows the films to captivate or disappoint the audience and in that sense, the script can be a tool for both the screenwriter and the director. Creating scenes and good dialogues is not magic, it requires some techniques. In this course you will learn the steps to create solid and exciting scenes, as well as dialogues that will stay in the viewer's memory.
