Alain Lira Morales is a Human Resources professional with experience in transnational companies in different industries such as Banking, Retail, Telecommunications and Pharmaceuticals. He is currently CEO & Co-founder of HeroesTalks, a company whose purpose: "To generate learning spaces to contribute to the integral development of society", focusing on 3 branches: Human Resources, Digital Transformation and Innovation. In 2019 she has been part of the team responsible for the Digital Transformation process of Banco Ripley, in charge of bringing the digital mindset to all the collaborators that make up the Bank and accompanying in the reskilling to the new positions and digital and agile roles so required in this VUCA environment. During his time at Mifarma, he won the ABE Award for Social Responsibility at Work 2017, in the category: Best Induction Program. Throughout his career he has managed different Apprenticeship programs for positions of all levels, from senior management positions to the sales force. His academic background is as an Administrator, with postgraduate studies of Specialization in Human Factor Management and Digital Transformation courses.
