Andres Bustamante

CEO of Authomata and RewireVR

Andrés is an occupational psychologist with a Master's degree in Business Engineering and Information Technology, as well as a Master's degree in Neurosciences. He also has specializations in Digital Marketing, Service Design and Behavioral Economics.

 

With more than 25 years of experience in technological innovation, he leads Authomata, a company focused on the future of work and emerging technologies. He has been recognized among the 100 most influential people in the world in digital government for his role in the digital transformation of the State of Chile, where he implemented the Clave Única and digitized hundreds of procedures.

 

His career includes advising various organizations, such as the World Bank, IDB, ECLAC, Cencosud, Transbank, Fundación Mustakis, Telsur, COPEC and the Pontificia Universidad Católica. In addition, he has participated as a speaker in more than 100 events in 12 countries, including the United States, Canada, Singapore, Korea and Mexico. His approach integrates technology, psychology and neuroscience to drive digital transformation and develop solutions that improve performance and mental health at work.
