Pablo Ruiz has been leading commercial and service teams for more than 20 years. He has been a salesman, sales manager, training assistant manager, business manager and internal coach in the most important insurance company in Peru. He has provided training to more than 4000 executives in commercial and negotiation topics, as well as in supervision, leadership and coaching competencies for managers. He has been a Certified Coach for 13 years by the International Coaching Community of England and the International Association of Coaching Institutes of Germany. He has a Master's Degree in Educational Management from USIL and Human Factor Management from UPC. She is an Economist by profession from Ricardo Palma University and has a specialization in Business Administration for Entrepreneurs from the Universidad del Pacifico. He also teaches for IPAE virtual and Certus on "commercial negotiation" and "Sales and service quality". As founder of the consulting firm ProAdvisor Coaching, he advises various ventures and provides executive and sales coaching. Currently, he is Country Manager for Peru of the transnational company SIEMPRE.
