LegalCore presents an essential course for every entrepreneur or anyone who wants to start a business in Peru. We know that the challenges that entrepreneurs have to overcome are numerous, being dealing with legal issues one of the most discouraging ("lawyers usually complicate things", "they always speak in difficult terms", "they don't give me solutions", "they are very expensive"). Due to the above, many entrepreneurs tend to delay seeking legal advice or simply leave it for a later time. The reality is that the vision of entrepreneurs is largely correct. That is why LegalCore wanted to produce a course that brings the law closer to entrepreneurs, giving them a clear introduction to the most relevant legal issues from the hand of first class professionals with a lot of experience. In the four modules that make up this course, entrepreneurs will receive from some of the best lawyers in the country the basic legal information they should have in mind to start a business in a safe way.

What will I learn?

This course is aimed at all those interested in learning in a few minutes what are the fundamental legal issues that must be taken into account to organize a company that can develop a project in an efficient and legally correct manner.

In the labor module, you will understand the main concepts that you must have clear at the moment of hiring personnel. How to do it without taking risks, but finding the flexibility that every business needs. You will also learn about the basic obligations you must fulfill as an employer.

In the tax module, you will learn which are the most important taxes and tax issues to take into account when developing a business activity.

Finally, in the refinancing module you will learn about the various private or regulated tools that exist for business restructuring or debt refinancing.

Who is it aimed at?

It is a unique course divided into four modules aimed at entrepreneurs, people who are undertaking or want to start a project or startup regardless of their studies or profession.

To take the course you only need to be interested in this topic. This course is aimed at businessmen, entrepreneurs, civil servants, lawyers, executives and all people interested in developing business in Peru.
