Diction and neutral accent are important tools in vocal work. Diction helps us to improve our way of pronouncing words correctly, which is suitable for other jobs, as well. The neutral accent will allow us to be understandable for any Spanish-speaking country, whether working in dubbing and voice-over or in other audiovisual fields related to interpretation. A big part of a person's presentation is his or her voice and how he or she uses it. In the world of voice, diction and neutral accent are a fundamental part of vocal training. They are as important as the content of the message and intention. In this course you will learn the necessary tools to start improving your diction gradually and identify the cadence of the neutral accent.
In this course you will learn about cadence and use of the neutral accent in voice work, as well as identifying your diction, being aware of our vices and what to do to improve them when performing in vocal work, whether it is theater, dubbing or an exhibition.
This course is aimed at people inside and outside the art world who want to incorporate this element for a clearer, more understandable and credible voice.

Co-founding partner and vocal coach of Torre A Doblaje
Bachelor in Audiovisual Communication, graduated from the Peruvian Academy of voice-over of Juan Sifuentes. He specialized in dubbing at the Canadian school based in Colombia "Boreal Dubbing". Among his guides in vocal work are Tirza Pacheco, Alfonso Obregón, Demian Velazco, Elsa Alfonzo and Maggie Vera. He is a voice-over artist since 2003 and founder of the pioneer dubbing company in Peru, Torre A Doblaje, where he also teaches technical voice management and neutral accent.
