In this course you will learn how to use Dynamo for revit, a visual programming software that has positioned itself well in the architecture, engineering and construction industry, it is the tool par excellence for Revit process automation, information management, computational design and generative design.
The course is divided into 12 modules and will start from the basics going from the theory of visual programming, working with lists, to creating and modifying elements. You will also learn how to automate BIM modeling processes, send and receive information from excel, expand your formal exploration capabilities and prepare your own algorithms for you and your team to use with Dynamo Player.
You will learn to understand what visual programming is and get to grips with the process of creating lists, modifying elements, creating complex geometries, automating BIM modeling processes, preparing your own algorithms, using Dynamo Player and much more.
Previous knowledge of revit modeling is required.

Alejandro Grajeda, Architect graduated from the University of Guadalajara, Mexico, specialized in BIM process automation with visual programming, passionate about Architecture and Technology. He has had the opportunity to work in several medium and large scale projects, such as Hotels, Shopping Malls, Mixed Use and University Laboratories, participating in their development with BIM methodology, as well as in BIM management, developing and automating processes, implementing international standards, providing support and training in the different companies I work with such as Ares Arquitectos, an important architectural firm in Guadalajara. He is founder of the company ArchData Lab, where he collaborates with architectural firms in order to bring them the benefits of applying cutting-edge methodologies and technologies such as BIM and Computational Design in their projects.
