Corporate social responsibility seeks to create a sustainable environment in which the different stakeholders can dialogue and reach agreements to work towards achieving synergies mainly in 3 lines or areas of action: environmental, social and economic. By applying the concepts learned in the course you will have tools that will allow you to strategically manage CSR in your companies.
In this course you will learn to develop the purpose of the organization to achieve a link between this and the purpose of each of the collaborators. The concept of CSR, its evolution and tools for an adequate internal management will be defined.
The course is aimed at people whose current area of work is linked to corporate social responsibility such as HR, as well as for professionals from different careers who wish to acquire more knowledge about Corporate Social Responsibility.

Social Responsibility Specialist .
Bachelor in Administration from UPC University in Peru, Master in Leadership from EADA University (Spain) and MBA candidate at Centrum PUCP. In parallel, I have taken several courses on social responsibility and social entrepreneurship. I am currently leading a team in charge of a contest that seeks to reward companies with high impact and creative corporate social responsibility initiatives. I have actively participated representing the State in different spaces organized by the ILO, European Union, GRI and other organizations or entities.
