Mirian Lau and Maria Camino are founders of Peppermint - Innovation Lab, a company dedicated to helping companies and now also individuals to reinvent themselves using Design Thinking as the main methodology.
Mirian, on the one hand, has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate world leading launching and transformation processes in Interbank, Scotiabank, Standard Chartered, Innova Schools of Intercorp, Avansys of Grupo El Comercio and Supermercados Peruanos. Currently, he is a board member at New Horizons, VX, Conexa
Maria, on the other hand, comes from studying Design Thinking at Stanford's d.school and has all the experience and know-how on how to apply this methodology in companies. In Silicon Valley, she worked in the incubator 500 Startups and then back in Lima in the innovation lab "La Bentana" of Interbank and as an associate of innovation projects in Scotiabank.
