Bursar and Photographer - Complement Estudio
Lizza Miranda - Chef and Food Stylist.
She wanted to be a plastic artist and took many workshops, but cooking to make others happy was a little more important. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Peru, she worked in various restaurants in Lima, Buenos Aires and the Chilean Patagonia. She began her career doing her first styling for Bembos where she was the corporate chef. As time went by she realized that food styling is what she is really passionate about so she gave this profession a chance and for this, she decided to specialize in New York and Buenos Aires.
With more than 14 years of experience working for various brands such as Bembos, Madam Tusan, Chilis, Promperu, Tottus, Metro, Gastón y Otto, La Lucha, La vaca Loca, Sibarita, etc. He currently works with the most recognized food photographers in the industry.
Lizza is a 100% stylist, as she has made her passions for food and the arts her lifestyle.
Max Claux - Food Photographer
Photography or cooking, cooking or photography: that's the dilemma: Since he was very young, Max took cooking classes, fascinated by the flavors and meals that were organized at home. In his first classes with Paola Marsano, he remembers being the only adolescent male among so many ladies. But he also liked photography, so he also took photography workshops at Gaudí.
Later he studied cooking at Inat, today Le Cordon Bleu, working in various restaurants in Lima, but his fascination for photography was stronger, so while living in Madrid, he continued taking courses and then in Lima, he graduated as a photographer at El Centro de la Imagen.
With the security of what she has experienced, she decided to specialize in food photography in Buenos Aires, taking courses with renowned lifestyle professionals in food photography and styling such as Carlos Fadigati, Marcela Lovegrove, Emi Pechar, as well as places like Espacio Buenos Aires and Motivarte.
Currently, Max owns his studio specialized in food styling called Complemento Estudio, a space where he unites and shares his passion for gastronomy and photography, where he has worked for brands such as Bembos, Pasquale, Pinkberry, La vaca Loca, Chocolates El tigre, Avena Santa Catalina, among others.
