Ismael holds a Master's degree in Administration from Universidad del Pacífico and a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Ricardo Palma.
He has extensive experience in large transnational and local companies; he has also structured long-term debts with different banks, negotiating credit lines with local and foreign banks, has managed treasury departments in several countries in the region, as well as highly liquid companies, handling cash pooling, and companies with high levels of indebtedness.
In addition, Ismael shares his professional practice with work as a professor at universities, especially in finance and accounting courses.
