This course aims to lay the groundwork for growth hacking. First by understanding what a buyer persona is, how to build it, and why it is important to lay the groundwork for growth hacking. In addition, we will learn to identify if we are ready to pursue accelerated business growth, and how to do it in a more cost and time efficient way, and to have clarity on the most important metrics. In this sense, we will also learn how to segment our existing customers, and identify which strategies are the most appropriate to maximize the growth and profitability of this group. We also seek to internalize how key it is to have the least frictionless process for the client as the central axis of growth.
You will learn the basics of Growth Hacking and some considerations for its application, the composition of acquisition and retention funnels, some customer acquisition and retention strategies. Finally, the main business metrics to make decisions in channels.
