President and co-founder of The Family Business School, an organization that promotes good practices, through real examples, that allow the transcendence and sustainability of family businesses in Peru. Member of the Committee of the LATAM Impact Network, Network of Organizations Supporting Social Entrepreneurship and Impact in Latin America. Lecturer at the Universidad del Pacífico, in subjects such as Social Projection and others. Former CEO of the Family Business Association of Peru. More than 15 years of experience in the private sector, academia and NGOs.
