The course comprises 8 modules with 20 capsules and a case study, which is focused on the transformation from traditional culture to innovation culture. In module 1, we will see the introduction to the course. In module 2, we will focus on the directive and managerial level with transformational leadership. In module 3, we will address multi-paradigm teams. In module 4, we will delve into the creation of innovation within the organization. In module 5, we will address the archetypes that innovative companies should have. In module 6, we will explain the importance of agile methodologies and how they are implemented in the organization. In module 7, we will introduce a case study to understand the challenges and lessons learned in the transformation of an innovation culture. Finally, we will conclude with recommendations that organizations should follow in the coming years.

Leading the transformation to a culture of innovation enables organizations to be agile, flexible and embedded with a culture of creativity, so that they can coexist and survive VUCA, volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environments.

He is dedicated to the development of new ventures and startups, to work in consulting in different industries with companies of all sizes, in scaling processes, business model reinvention, implementation of innovation systems and digital business transformation.

Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Barcelona (Spain). Micro Master in Managing Technology & Innovation at RWTH Aachen University (Germany) and Specialization for Marketing Executives at ESAN. Studied Business Administration at Universidad Continental. He studied Program Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies at Harvard University (USA), Digital Marketing & E-Commerce at EADA (Spain), Six Sigma Black Belt at UTBNA (Buenos Aires).
