In this course, you will learn the basics of Python, and the basis for analyzing data using this programming language. To do so, you will learn about the types of variables, expressions and operations with text, and how to create the first variables and the different types of data. Likewise, the different Python structures, the operations that can be performed, how to install packages, and how to import and export data will be explained. Finally, the basic concepts to perform an exploratory data analysis will be defined.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to learn the basics of Python and the basics of how to analyze data using this programming language.

She holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Actuarial Science from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. She started her career in consulting, specializing in analytical solutions consulting in various industries such as finance, consumer and mining. She currently works as a data scientist at Uber for Latam countries.
