Marcela Lovat holds an Executive MBA from PAD Piura, a postgraduate degree in Constructivism and Education from the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales, and a degree in Human Resources from the Univ. de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales-Argentina. She is currently working as Culture and Talent Consultant, former Deputy Manager of Culture and Talent at Cencosud Peru, where she led the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
