Master in Political Science and International Relations from Purdue University, Carlos has been responsible for the execution of large Leadership and Coaching projects in Europe for Fortune 100 companies. He is a Professional Certified Coach by the ICF and completed the "Goldsmith Coach Certification Program" in San Diego, California; as well as the certification program in the "Birkman Method" in London, UK.
Since 2013, he has been a member of the "Advisory Council" of the prestigious Harvard Business Review magazine; supporting the magazine's editors on topics related to Leadership, Coaching and organizational metrics. He is currently CEO of X-Factor Consulting.
