Objections are a reason not to buy. They arise from a lack of knowledge on the part of the customer, which occurs because of insufficient information. However, for the salesperson it is a wonderful signal that means: "tell me why your product or service is so good and why it is worth buying". We will break the paradigm that says that an objection is synonymous with disapproval. To do so, we will use highly effective techniques, based on the type of customer we have in front of us.
In this course you will learn how to handle objections in a safe way, identifying if the client is telling you the truth or just giving you false hopes. You will know in advance what response to give to certain objections and you will apply specific techniques that will allow you to successfully handle the most frequent objections from customers and thus increase the chances of closing the sale.
