In this course you will learn to master Navisworks, BIM software specialized in the management and review of BIM models. This program is a powerful solution for the management of engineering projects that supports the coordination, analysis and communication of design and construction processes. It allows the integration of models created from different sources, whether they are BIM models, digital prototypes and/or process plant designs, into a single comprehensive model.

 

The course is divided into 8 modules, where we will start from a zero level of knowledge of the program so that you reach a more than enough fluency with the software with which you can face any BIM project with skill. To achieve this throughout the course we will develop multiple BIM projects with their different specialties where we will see the preparation of models in Revit before taking them to Navisworks, and in Navisworks we will identify and manage interferences establishing strategies to optimize these processes, then we will develop the construction sequence and its animations (BIM 4D) of a project in the stage of structures and finally we will teach you how to extract quantification of materials.

 

This course is practical from start to finish. The theoretical concepts are applied just when they are needed, throughout the development of the project. In this way it is a very comfortable, very entertaining and very rewarding course, because you will instinctively check the result of your learning.

You will learn how to skillfully manage the BIM planning and coordination process with Navisworks software. Identifying and managing interferences, making constructive sequences of the execution of your projects, extraction of quantity of materials and much more.
