The People Analytics course will provide the necessary basis to understand what the People Analytics discipline is for, how Human Resources can benefit from a management based on data and a first approach of the proposed methodology to achieve an effective management of the most important resource of an organization: People.

What will I learn?

The student will learn what HR analytics is and what it is for and how to articulate a management model. Some of the topics that will be covered are: How to make data-driven decisions, work methodology, technology architecture and skills architecture.

He has +15 years as an HR consultant and currently holds the position of Founder & CEO at People OPTI and the Academic Director of the People Analytics Executive Program at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Federico's vision of transforming People initiatives into business results has led him on a path of transformation. He has a broad educational background: sociologist, MBA, executive programs in HR strategy, startups and data science at universities such as London Business School, UCLA, Tecnológico de Monterrey and IAE Business School.

Federico currently lives in Mexico City and is focused on designing the future People Analytics services and products that HR executives will need to effectively manage their employees.
