Organizational Development Coordinator at Human Growth
Renzo Chávez holds a master's degree in higher education (USIL), a bachelor's degree in philosophy (FTPCL) and is an ICF certified coach. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in applied artificial intelligence (TEC de Monterrey) and facilitates workshops on applied AI and prompts engineering for top 500 companies in Peru. He has collaborated in the UNESCO consultation sessions on neurotechnology ethics and was a panelist at the HR 2024 Forum, organized by Amcham. He also teaches at UPC, UCAL and Toulouse Lautrec. His area of expertise is soft skills development, anthropology and generative artificial intelligence. He is the coordinator of organizational development at Human Growth.
