The objective of the course is to provide the steps to carry out a selection process to attract the best talent to an organization.

What will I learn?

In this course you will learn the procedure to attract, evaluate and select people in the organizational environment. The course has been divided into three modules. The first introductory module aims to introduce previous concepts related to recruitment and selection that will facilitate the development of the following two modules, which will be focused, on the one hand, on the recruitment process and, on the other hand, on the selection process.

Who is it aimed at?

The course is aimed at all those people who want to know in detail the concepts and processes related to recruiting and selecting personnel. It is not necessary to have previous experience in these processes, so everyone is welcome. And if someone already performs these processes, this course will allow them to update their knowledge in the area.

Requirements

The course is structured in such a way that no previous knowledge in Recruitment and Selection will be necessary, since we will cover all the concepts from the beginning.

He lectures in the academic and business environment. He has been consulted as an expert in Human Resources for CNN in Spanish and several local media. He has extensive national and international experience in different areas of business and people management. He is currently a postgraduate professor at ESAN and UPC.
