The objective of the course is to introduce the main concepts and trends in Human Resources to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees with a strategic approach.

What will I learn?

In this course you will learn the main concepts of Human Resources and all those procedures involved in the attraction, management, development, motivation and retention of people. Nowadays, these are considered key processes for the continuity of any company. The course has been divided into three main modules that allow a better assimilation of each of the concepts and processes. The first introductory module aims to introduce the most relevant concepts in this subject and will facilitate the development of the following two modules, which will be focused, on the one hand, on the processes linked to the development of people and on the other hand the technical processes of people management.

To all those who want to know the basic concepts and processes of people management in organizations.

Master in Organization and People Management from ESAN, Degree in Psychology from the Universitat de València, Spain, Diploma in Human Talent Management from ESAN and Certificate in Competencies in Human Resources Management from ESC Clermont - GSM, France. He lectures in the academic and business environment. He has been consulted as an expert in Human Resources for CNN in Spanish and several local media. He has extensive national and international experience in different areas of business and people management. He is currently a postgraduate professor at ESAN and UPC.
