Did you know that the MVP is the best way to test the economic viability of new ideas or products? The minimum viable product or MVP is the first step that should be taken by entrepreneurs or professionals involved in product or service development, because it allows them to learn from their potential customers and have a first approximation of the value proposition and how to capture it (willingness to pay). Through this course, you will understand how the use of MVP impacts the efficiency and effectiveness in the development of products and services; in addition, you will learn to apply the MVP Model to test new business models or new ideas to be developed through the use of different MVP alternatives. The MVP avoids the creation of products that nobody wants and maximizes learning with respect to customers for each economic resource invested.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to understand how the use of MVP impacts efficiency and effectiveness in the development of products and services, apply the MVP Model to test a new business model or a new idea to be developed, and understand the use of different MVP alternatives and their evolution.
