These skills will be accompanied by others such as: effective communication, emotion management, teamwork, as well as the use of technological applications that will help you solve problems in a creative way.
At the end of this specialization, you will be able to make decisions based on soft skills, understanding the importance of using them in our daily lives, especially in the work field, guiding you in the proper use of these skills in teamwork.
According to a study by Harvard University and Stanford Research, soft skills produce 85% of current labor success. Therefore, training in Soft Skills will allow you to adapt in an agile way to change, technology and especially to people, foster collaborative environments and along with it to solve problems in a simple way.
At the end of your courses, you will have the opportunity to put into practice what you have learned through an integrative project (optional).

You will learn about the difference between knowing how to speak and knowing how to communicate, the language principles of functional communication, mental balance for communication, managing and detecting emotions through nonverbal, the power of voice, words and timing, message architecture, how to make assertive requests and calls for attention.
You will learn the different tools to apply when facing new scenarios, starting from the premise of the importance of managing and adapting to different contexts. Likewise, you will understand the importance of developing flexibility in new environments in order to introduce it into your repertoire of soft skills.
You will learn about tools to increase remote work productivity, as well as best practices and mechanisms to increase labor productivity.
You will learn about the principles and techniques for remote teamwork. As well as the tools to facilitate communication and teamwork in both remote and hybrid work.
You will learn how to generate networking, based on a self-reflection of your professional profile and objectives, show yourself to the market, relate successfully, develop genuine interest and connect digitally with techniques such as boolean search on LinkedIn.
We will learn how the process of analysis and critical thinking begins, as well as the development of both, through which we will discover and understand their complex action and the importance of their use. From there, we will begin to unfold central ideas about the presence of analysis and the action of critical thinking.
You will learn the various tools that allow you to make better decisions in difficult situations. As well as becoming aware of the management of your emotions, which will allow you to promote emotional balance in your personal, professional and work life.
You will learn to discover and restructure your inner resources to overcome adversity and develop your maximum potential. You will discover your level and capacity for resilience.
You will learn the phases of the Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving Model (identification, generation and selection of creative ideas). You will also learn some creative techniques for each phase of the model and how to use them.
You will learn to develop your creativity through the creative process, the recognition of your creative abilities and the practice of habits and exercises to stimulate creative thinking. Train at a high intensity to exercise your creative "muscle" and keep your creativity "in shape".
You will learn about how stress originates, get a practical guide on how to manage it, to avoid serious problems that can be caused by stress, and learn special tricks to deal with stress much better.
- Course evaluation: Each course requires passing an exam.
- The exam is a 10-question multiple-choice quiz, which lasts 15 minutes. A minimum of 70% of correct answers is required to pass (2 attempts every 24 hours).
- Each course will have a learning project (not mandatory).
- Evaluation of the specialization: By passing all the exams of each course. There is an integrative project (not mandatory).
