    Course 1: How to be more empathetic

    You will learn about self-awareness, conscious listening, empathy and non-verbal language. Empathy requires observing the other person and even anticipating to know what their needs are.

    You will learn about the growth mindset a leader needs to face challenges in agile environments, using the dimensions of resilience and the basic notions of the UN VUCA environment.

    You will learn the concepts of leadership and technology, coined according to the interweaving of forms and processes that demonstrate how they enhance and accompany each other.

    Course 8: Change Management

    You will learn what change is and how it affects people, how to manage it through tools and action plans to guide people. 

    Course 9: Generating Agile Learning

    You will learn about agile learning, involving the topics of drivers, conditioning factors, as well as promotion and challenges according to contexts with the purpose of adopting agility, through tools and strategies, according to the space in which the person is.

    Course 10: Diversity as a competitive advantage

    You will learn how to address different aspects of diversity, identifying the main types of diversity that exist, the importance of having a diversity policy, some aspects of international regulations and suggestions for implementing and working on this approach in your organization. 

    Course 11: Innovation: How to promote it in work teams?

    You will learn the management strategies that will facilitate not only innovation, but also the achievement of any objective in a work team. In addition, you will identify the tools for optimal idea generation and flexibility in your team.

    Course 12: Time Management: A tool for stress reduction

    You will learn how to define goals and action plans correctly, organize yourself more effectively through time management methods and techniques. You will also identify the most important habits to develop in order to be more productive.

    Evaluation system

    - Course evaluation: Each course requires passing an exam. 

    - The exam is a 10-question multiple-choice quiz, which lasts 15 minutes. A minimum of 70% of correct answers is required to pass (2 attempts every 24 hours).

    - Each course will have a learning project (not mandatory).

    - Evaluation of the specialization: By passing all the exams of each course. There is an integrative project (not mandatory).
