At the end of the course, the student will be able to be aware of the value that people have during the journey of serving customers and enjoying the process, identify the sensations that promote the value of the brand and the experience, such as surprise, welcome, belonging, recognition, openness, joy, success and continuous learning, and differentiate the initiatives in charge of human resources and leaders, valuing creativity and the creation of experience.
You will learn the concept of marketing, its importance in business and its application to the attraction of talent, as well as the value proposition to offer to the talent market.
You will learn to identify strategies that contribute to the recognition of workers in relation to their contributions, based on the concept of Meaningful work: the transcendence of actions, as well as the concept of development and retention.
We will learn to interrelate the concepts of: purpose, culture, strategies and leadership within an organization. Likewise, we will learn how to establish a purpose, considering its characteristics and the values that are the structure of any institution.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to develop skills to deal with the process of disengagement with empathy, helping employees in this transition as well as the leaders of the people to be disengaged.
In this course you will learn what is the real importance of implementing an effective Offboarding process, and how this can affect the business contribution. are applying it among their main processes.
- Course evaluation: Each course requires passing an exam.
- The exam is a 10-question multiple-choice quiz, which lasts 15 minutes. A minimum of 70% of correct answers is required to pass (2 attempts every 24 hours).
- Each course will have a learning project (not mandatory).
- Evaluation of the specialization: By passing all the exams of each course. There is an integrative project (not mandatory).
