    • To differentiate leadership and management 3.0 styles, their principles and axes, as well as to know some strategies to empower workers in order to promote their participation and self-organization.

    Course 1: Agility and Agile Mindset

    You will learn the fundamentals of agile thinking, as well as the basis for determining when a new project or product goes traditional or agile.

    Course 2: Design Thinking

    You will learn the theory and practice of design thinking techniques, analyze divergent and convergent activities, explore new digital tools to bring them into the hybrid context.

    You will learn how the Kanban method contributes to the cultural transformation of a company by fostering continuous improvement, transparency in relation to system behavior and value delivery.

    Course 6: Cultural Transformation with Management 3.0 Practices

    You will learn a new approach to cultural transformation of organizations with concepts and change-oriented remote team management.

    Course 7: Agile Organizations with SAFe

    You will learn the 7 core competencies of SAFe for scaling agility in companies, the values and principles of Lean - Agile thinking. As well as the basics and some best practices to get started in a SAFe agile framework.

    Evaluation system

    - Course evaluation: each course requires passing an exam. 

    - The exam is a 10-question multiple-choice quiz, which lasts 15 minutes. A minimum of 70% of correct answers is required to pass (2 attempts every 24 hours).

    - Each course will have a learning project (not mandatory).

    - Evaluation of the Specialization: upon passing all the exams of each course, there is an integrating project (not mandatory).
