You will learn the fundamentals of agile thinking, as well as the basis for determining when a new project or product goes traditional or agile.
You will learn the theory and practice of design thinking techniques, analyze divergent and convergent activities, explore new digital tools to bring them into the hybrid context.
You will learn the basics needed to understand the Scrum framework, from the pillars, values, roles, artifacts and events to be applied in products, projects or in your real life.

- Course evaluation: each course requires passing an exam.
- The exam is a 10-question multiple-choice quiz, which lasts 15 minutes. A minimum of 70% of correct answers is required to pass (2 attempts every 24 hours).
- Each course will have a learning project (not mandatory).
- Evaluation of the Specialization: upon passing all the exams of each course, there is an integrating project (not mandatory).
