    At the end of this specialization, you will be able to implement an analytical operating model for people management.

     

    Specializing in People Analytics will give you the tools to structure an analytical management model that answers business questions such as Turnover, Performance and Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) and to know how storytelling and service design techniques are inserted into the methodology to transform an insight into change management actions.

     

    At the end of your courses, you will have the opportunity to put into practice what you have learned through an integrative project (optional).

    With this specialization you will learn to:

    • Differentiate what and what HR analytics is for and how to articulate a management model.
    • Understand what is data science and its application to People Analytics, as well as all the issues to consider when developing this type of projects such as People (culture), Technologies and Processes.
    • To understand how to design, based on a scientific methodology, more effective plans to reduce turnover, to understand the direct and indirect costs of this challenge and how to establish the optimal turnover point.
    • Establish new criteria to measure and optimize the performance level of employees, apply a People Analytics methodology to optimize performance and distinguish for which types of roles this type of methodology makes the most sense.
    • Analyze the various relationships of individuals/people within the organization and understand how to design strategic initiatives that enable organizations to respond to constant change through ONA (Organizational Network Analysis).
    • Translate data analytics into simple terms to influence a given audience to take action or enable them to make decisions, through stories with data, images and narrative.
    • Approach business and service design challenges from a user/collaborator-centered mindset and thinking as a designer (Design Thinking) and know the importance of thinking about the user's journeys to design processes or services that help solve their real needs.

    Course 1: People Analytics: How to turn data into insights?

    You will learn the fundamental bases to understand what the People Analytics discipline is for, how Human Resources can benefit from a data-driven management and a first approach of the proposed methodology to achieve an effective management of the most important resource of an organization: People.

    Course 2: Data Science from a People Analytics perspective

    You will learn about Data Science methodologies applied to the field of Human Resources in order to know people better and, thus, increase the degree of productivity and satisfaction as well as improve the way talent is recruited, retained and developed based on intelligence and data. 

    Course 3: People Analytics to reduce turnover

    You will learn how to design more effective plans based on a scientific methodology, considering what other costs are behind the turnover to establish the optimal turnover point. 

    Course 4: People Analytics to optimize performance management

    You will learn how to optimize employee performance management and define new measurement KPIs, based on linking the relationship between management and business results.

    Course 5: Relational Analytics

    You will learn to analyze the various relationships of individuals/people within the organization and understand how to design strategic initiatives that enable organizations to respond to constant change, improve employee experience and well-being.

    Course 6: Storytelling for People Analytics

    You will learn how to interpret data analytics in simple terms to influence a given audience to take action or enable them to make decisions, through stories with information, images and narrative.

    Course 7: Service design and co-creative ideation

    You will learn how to approach professional challenges in an innovative way, focusing on the real needs of users. You will also learn about Design Thinking and Service Design, two relevant disciplines to improve processes, experiences and products with a focus on the journeys and insights of our users.

    Evaluation system

    - Course evaluation: Each course requires passing an exam. 

    - The exam is a 10-question multiple-choice quiz, which lasts 15 minutes. A minimum of 70% of correct answers is required to pass (2 attempts every 24 hours).

    - Each course will have a learning project (not mandatory).

    - Evaluation of the specialization: By passing all the exams of each course. There is an integrative project (not mandatory).
