Netzun offers you this specialization in which you will learn to structure an analytical management model from a consultative perspective within the people area.
At the end of this specialization, you will be able to implement an analytical operating model for people management.
Specializing in People Analytics will give you the tools to structure an analytical management model that answers business questions such as Turnover, Performance and Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) and to know how storytelling and service design techniques are inserted into the methodology to transform an insight into change management actions.
At the end of your courses, you will have the opportunity to put into practice what you have learned through an integrative project (optional).

You will learn the fundamental bases to understand what the People Analytics discipline is for, how Human Resources can benefit from a data-driven management and a first approach of the proposed methodology to achieve an effective management of the most important resource of an organization: People.
You will learn about Data Science methodologies applied to the field of Human Resources in order to know people better and, thus, increase the degree of productivity and satisfaction as well as improve the way talent is recruited, retained and developed based on intelligence and data.
You will learn how to design more effective plans based on a scientific methodology, considering what other costs are behind the turnover to establish the optimal turnover point.
You will learn how to optimize employee performance management and define new measurement KPIs, based on linking the relationship between management and business results.
You will learn to analyze the various relationships of individuals/people within the organization and understand how to design strategic initiatives that enable organizations to respond to constant change, improve employee experience and well-being.
You will learn how to interpret data analytics in simple terms to influence a given audience to take action or enable them to make decisions, through stories with information, images and narrative.
You will learn how to approach professional challenges in an innovative way, focusing on the real needs of users. You will also learn about Design Thinking and Service Design, two relevant disciplines to improve processes, experiences and products with a focus on the journeys and insights of our users.
- Course evaluation: Each course requires passing an exam.
- The exam is a 10-question multiple-choice quiz, which lasts 15 minutes. A minimum of 70% of correct answers is required to pass (2 attempts every 24 hours).
- Each course will have a learning project (not mandatory).
- Evaluation of the specialization: By passing all the exams of each course. There is an integrative project (not mandatory).
