    Together with the Graduate School of the UTP (Universidad Tecnológica del Perú), we developed the Specialization: Customer Experience Management. In it you will learn the fundamental tools to impact the consumer throughout their buying process, analyzing data to design strategies.

    • Identify how to increase brand value by integrating relevant experiences for consumers during the purchase process.
    • Identify analysis and management indicators to design a consumer experience throughout the purchase process (Journey Map).
    • Describe the methodology for managing a customer-centric, connected channel model.

    Course 1: Customer Centricity

    In this online course you will learn the benefits of a customer-centric strategy to generate greater competitiveness and customer loyalty.

    Course 2: Experience architecture

    In this online course you will learn how to increase the value of your brand by integrating relevant experiences for your consumers.

    Course 3: Customer Experience Metrics

    In this online course you will learn how to identify analysis and management indicators to design a customer experience along the Journey Map.

    Course 4: Omnichannel: Delivering Integrated Experiences

    In this online course you will learn the methodology to manage a connected and customer-centric channel model.

    Organization that endorses specialization

    Evaluation system

    - Each course requires passing an exam and a learning project to obtain the course certificate. By passing each course plus an integrative project, you will be able to download the specialization certificate.

    - The exam contains 10 multiple choice questions. A minimum of 70% correct answers is required to pass (2 attempts every 24 hours).

    - The learning projects (PA) and the integrative project (PI) will be mandatory to develop.

    - You will be given a number of credits according to the number of courses in the specialization. Each credit allows for the review of PA and PI.
